Rooms and projects
The drawings below are illustrations made for this page. They are not photographs of completed projects. A long winter, a cold basement, or a drafty door can all be part of the brief you send.
Swipe sideways to see every room.
Layouts, cabinets, and the flow of a room you use every day.
Fixtures, ventilation, and a room that stays comfortable year-round.
Finishing a lower level for living, storage, or a quieter work corner.
Roofing, cladding, and the shell that meets a long winter.
Drafts, daylight, and openings that close tightly against the cold.
Materials underfoot, from the entry to rooms that see wet boots.
Colour, preparation, and a finish you can live with.
Insulation, air sealing, and heat pump planning for colder months.
How it works
Choose the part of the home, a budget band in Canadian dollars, and a rough timeline. Add your contact details on the last step. A budget band is a planning guide, not a quote.
We read what you send and, if you have agreed, share it with independent home improvement professionals who take on that kind of project. A connection depends on your details and on professionals who choose to respond. We cannot promise that someone will be available where you live.
If more than one professional responds, you compare their approach and what they propose. You can also decide to stop. You are never obliged to hire.
Final agreements are between the homeowner and the professional. BROSH MARKETING M.D. LTD is not a party to that agreement and does not perform the work.
Planning guides
Three practical notes for homeowners in Canada. They are general planning ideas, not quotes, legal advice, or a promise about price.
01
A useful budget is a range, not a single number you hope to land on. Start with the work that affects comfort and the building itself. Structure, water, heat, and windows usually come before finishes. In Canada, a long winter can change both timing and cost. Materials may need to be stored indoors, and exterior work often waits for milder weather. Roofs, cladding, and some window installations have a shorter season.
Set aside room for what you cannot see yet, such as moisture behind a basement wall or wiring that is not ready for a new appliance. The ranges in the planner are planning bands in Canadian dollars. They are not quotes. Only a professional who has looked at your home can price the work.
02
Before you agree to anything, ask who will do the work and whether they carry the insurance their province expects for that trade. Ask who applies for permits, what the price includes, and what it leaves out. A clear scope names the rooms, the materials you are choosing, and how a change is priced if you add something later.
Ask how they handle a site through winter: protection from snow, drying time for paint and compound, and whether exterior work should wait. Request references from recent projects you can speak with yourself. Brosh Marketing does not employ these professionals and does not guarantee their work. If you sign anything, that agreement is between you and them.
03
A clearer request usually leads to a more useful conversation. Measure the room, note the ceiling height, and write down what you want to change and what must stay. Photograph the space in daylight. If you are asking about a heat pump or another energy upgrade, a photo of the electrical panel helps the person who will size the equipment. Mention drafts, frost, or past leaks around windows and the roof.
For a basement, note moisture, ceiling height, and how you hope to use the room. For exterior work, share the age of the roof or windows if you know it, and whether ice along the eaves has been a problem. Clear a safe path to the area. You do not need a perfect brief. You do need an honest one. Sizing, permits, and installation belong with a qualified professional, not with a guess from this page.

FAQ
No. BROSH MARKETING M.D. LTD is a marketing company. We do not perform construction or renovation work. We help homeowners describe a project and, with consent, share that request with independent professionals. We are not a general contractor, and we are not a government or rebate program.
Yes. There is no charge to submit a request, and there is nothing to buy on this page. You are not obliged to hire anyone. If you later agree to work with a professional, any fee is between you and that professional. Brosh Marketing does not set those prices.
When you email the request, it comes to Brosh Marketing at [email protected]. Our team can read it. We share your contact details with independent home improvement professionals only with the consent you give on this form, so they can respond about your project. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask what we hold by writing to that same address. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
We review requests as we receive them and reply to the email or phone number you provide. There is no fixed turnaround, and we will not invent a deadline to rush you. A reply from us does not mean a professional is available, and it does not set a price.
We help you plan requests for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, roofing and exteriors, windows and doors, flooring, painting, and energy upgrades such as insulation or heat pump planning. We do not carry out the work. Whether an independent professional responds depends on your project and your area. We do not promise coverage in any particular city.
Yes. Email [email protected] and ask us to withdraw it. We will stop contacting you about that request and will not share your details further. If a professional has already received your details with your consent, contact them as well and ask them to stop. Withdrawing a request does not cancel a contract you may have signed with a professional. That agreement is between you and them.
Send your request when you are ready. There is no charge, and you are free to stop at any time.
